Alliance Healthcare Services, in partnership with police officers and firefighters, created the CARE Team (Crisis Assessment and Response to Emergencies). Specially trained police officers and firefighters, named the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT), are dispatched with an Alliance behavioral health expert in response to a 911 call.

We offer outpatient, intensive outpatient, home-based, and community based programs, including a continuum of crisis services to more than 22,000 residents of Shelby County and the surrounding areas.
