Aspire Crisis can help in many different ways:

Phone triage, risk assessments, and safety planning
Suicide awareness, intervention, and prevention
Education and information about mental illness and substance abuse, and treatment options
Assistance in navigating the mental health system
Referrals to treatment, including inpatient treatment when needed
Referrals to community resources

Under the supervision of Aspire’s psychiatrists, the Crisis Department coordinates and facilitates emergency evaluations and inpatient admissions with receiving hospitals. Working with the courts, they assist staff and families in petitioning for involuntary inpatient admissions such as the 72 hour emergency detention orders.
