CARE was established at the request of the City of Flagstaff, after city council awarded Terros — a nonprofit that was already working on mental health crisis response via a hotline and other outreach services. Right now, the team is housed in Flagstaff fire station. The mobile unit operates 7 days a week from 9am-7pm. “
