Business Description
A clinician and case manager team work closely with law enforcement, emergency rooms, as well as businesses and agencies to provide direct, face-to-face support for those in crisis. The Mobile Crisis Outreach Team is a program of Hill Country Health and Wellness. The funding for the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team is provided by Shasta County Health and Human Services.
