Sante Eastern Shore Mobile Crisis Team

Adhering to a clinician-led team approach, the Mobile Crisis Team is prepared for immediate dispatch to a mental health or substance use crisis 24/7. Upon arriving at the scene, our two-person team will first conduct an assessment to identify the severity of the crisis and implement immediate relief. We then will coordinate a path to recovery and stability to ensure sustainable health.
